OH, IT HAPPENED. Six million-at the found body count-were starved and tortured to death.

Hitler only kept the blond hair blue eyes people.even killed his own mother.graves was a big pit of people and people had to be swept off the street into the pit. -- This unsigned comment was added on 20 April 2006 by User:206.207.140.6
hitler did not kill his own mother, and not everyone who had no blonde hair and blue eyes was killed either (most germans don't have blond hair but brown. adolf hitler had brown hair, too).

mostly jewish, slavic and roma people, and many who said things against the nazis or did not live like the nazis told them (communists, priests, homosexuals...) were carried away and killed. please don't tell things that aren't true, or people will not believe you anything. :\ 84.173.180.180 (talk) 21:40, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The word "cripples"[change source]

"cripples"? people haven't used this derogatory term for years. --Neal 08:36, 14 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

True, writers today would use different words. (Some now object to "disabled" and "handicapped," that replaced "crippled" in the late 20th century). The word "crippled" was used in English at the time of The Holocaust (the middle of the 20th century). Some people use historical language when writing about the past. Anyway, that word isn't on the page now. -- Deborahjay 22:42, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

May I add[change source]

Yes, but you should provide a source prooving this. (see WP:SOURCE on how to present sources). --Gwib -(talk)- 15:24, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation[change source]

Would anybody object to moving the link to The Holocaust from a note at the bottom of the page under "See also" to a disambiguation note in italics at the top? I think that a high percentage of people coming to this page will be looking for The Holocaust, not holocausts in general. Kansan (talk) 05:36, 6 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No objections from me. A smashing idea. Lauryn (utc) 05:38, 6 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
