I think the chance of this skull being accepted longer term as H. sapiens by other workers is remote. Both the skull and the artefacts look Neanderthal to me. Yes, the teeth may have adapted to function on less demanding food, but the brow ridges and cranium shape are totally unlike any specimen which has been accepted as sapiens. Anyway, no-one should take anything for granted until there has been time for others to publish their opinions in the journals. Regards this page as just "work in progress".
