Putting a stop to user:Haoreima pushing junk-science[change source]

"Floating lake". Please railroad that junk out of here.--Maybe one can find a source that talks about the Moon being made of Green Cheese.--"Floating lake" arguably does not exist in American-English and British-English.--For the record, I am not well-versed in Hindustani-English etc. 89.8.150.53 (talk) 15:55, 21 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Okay version [1]. 89.8.150.53 (talk) 16:22, 21 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
What would make you say that floating lake is not a word in the english lexicon? Multiple references, including ones from Nasa, confirm this fact. It is not "junk" and is backed up by multiple sources. MrMeAndMrMeLet's talk 18:53, 21 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia's style guide is to use whatever the local dialect of English is. In this case, Loktak Lake has a subject relating to India, and ∴ it should use Indian English (except we don't use lakhs and crores, but that's an argument for another day). However, you choosing to disagree with well-cited sources as MrMeAndMrMe mentions is not your so called "junk". SHB2000 (talk) 05:32, 22 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
