In traditional Shanghainese food.Hongshao Snakefishis very yummy.It is made of a kind of sauce,snakefish,salt and scallion.This kind of sauce is sticky than soy sauce.And the snakefish is fresh.This food is a little salty.Old Shanghaineses like it.
