Some of your changes do not seem helpful. For instance this change alters the grammar of the sentence to imply that the number of people having strokes are the same people having a another stroke rather than the former which makes it clear that the people having strokes are different people each year. Revert the line instead of doing a massive rollback and taking out a bunch of other j formation. Also the change you quoted was me realizing that and trying to fix the problem. Do you even see how many characters you're removing?
