Reverting to Original Name

I think this article should be changed back to its original identity, February 2013 nor'easter, because the National Weather Service of United States, along with many other weather organizations (other than Weather Channel) do not/will not give names to winter storm systems. The name Winter Storm Nemo was only given by The Weather Channel. Furthermore, Winter Storm Nemo would not be an appropriate name on this article: NWS does not name winter storm systems, unlike hurricanes. September 1988 (talk) 17:19, 16 February 2013 (UTC)
