This is a simple navigation template based on {{Navbox}} that takes an optional state parameter:

Starting visibility: currently automatically selects itself to autocollapse
To set this template's starting visibility, the |state= parameter may be used:
|state=collapsed:{{Electricity delivery|state=collapsed}}to show the template collapsed, i.e., hidden apart from its title bar|state=expanded:{{Electricity delivery|state=expanded}}to show the template expanded, i.e., fully visible|state=autocollapse:{{Electricity delivery|state=autocollapse}}
If the |state= parameter in the template on this page is not set, the template's starting visibility is taken from the |default= parameter in the Collapsible option template. For the template on this page, that currently evaluates to autocollapse.
The template is suitable for transcluding at the bottoms of articles relating to Electricity generation. Note that for many such topics, more specific navigation templates may be available.
