Usage
Template:ISO 639 name bpy is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code bpy, for example: {{Translated page |bpy |name of page at Bishnupriya Manipuri Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Bishnupriya Manipuri Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Bishnupriya Manipuri Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |bpy}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|bpy| some text in Bishnupriya Manipuri}} wraps the text with <span lang="bpy"> and could be used by the template {{Lang}} with language code bpy to include articles in Category:Articles containing Bishnupriya Manipuri-language text (may be created using {{Category articles containing non-English-language text |Bishnupriya Manipuri |bpy}}).
- {{R from other language|bpy|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Bishnupriya Manipuri-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
