Usage
Template:ISO 639 name hr is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code hr, for example: {{Translated page |hr |name of page at Croatian Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Croatian Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Croatian Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |hr}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|hr| some text in Croatian}} wraps the text with <span lang="hr"> and includes articles in Category:Articles containing Croatian-language text. Also available is {{Lang-hr |some text in Croatian}} which displays as Croatian: some text in Croatian.
- {{R from other language|hr|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Croatian-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|hr}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Croatian-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
