Usage
Template:ISO 639 name mdf is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code mdf, for example: {{Translated page |mdf |name of page at Moksha Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Moksha Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Moksha Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |mdf}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|mdf| some text in Moksha}} wraps the text with <span lang="mdf"> and includes articles in Category:Articles containing Moksha-language text. Also available is {{Lang-mdf |some text in Moksha}} which displays as Moksha: some text in Moksha.
- {{R from other language|mdf|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Moksha-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|mdf}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Moksha-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
