The Prisoner of Second Avenue is a 1975 American black comedy movie directed by Melvin Frank and based on the 1971 play of the same name by Neil Simon. It stars Jack Lemmon, Anne Bancroft, Gene Sacks, F. Murray Abraham and Sylvester Stallone and was distributed by Warner Bros.
