Tobyl
Tobyl (Kazakh: Тобыл) is a city in the Kostanay Region of Kazakhstan. As of 2023, 28,453 people live in the city.[1] This city is in the urban area of Kostanay.
Tobyl was founded in 1863. At first it was named Zatobolsk (Russian: Затобольск). It got city status in 2020.[2]
