Trevor Peacock (19 May 1931 – 8 March 2021) was an English stage and television character actor. He also was a screenwriter and songwriter. He was known for his role as Jim Trott in the BBC comedy series The Vicar of Dibley.

Peacock was born in Tottenham, London, the son of Alexandria and Victor Edward Peacock.[1]

Peacock was diagnosed with dementia in 2009. He died from the disease on 8 March 2021 in London, aged 89.[2]
