Iveco Group N.V. (EXM: IVG) is a multinational automotive company active in the field of commercial and specialty vehicles, powertrain and related financial services. The registered office is in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with the headquarters located in Turin, Italy. The company is listed on the Euronext Milan[1] stock exchange. Iveco Group employs over 35,000 people worldwide. The Board of Directors is currently composed of nine Directors: two Executive Directors and seven Non-executive Directors. The Chair is Suzanne Heywood[2], the CEO is Gerrit Marx[3].

Iveco Group was established on 1 January 2022 following a spin-off from CNH Industrial[4].

Iveco Group presides eight distinct brands, each a powerhouse within their respective sectors:

  • IVECO designs, manufactures and commercialises heavy, medium and light duty commercial vehicles[5]
  • FPT Industrial specialises in powertrain technologies for on-and off-road vehicles, as well as marine and power generation applications[6]
  • IVECO BUS designs and manufactures a complete range of urban and intercity buses, tourism coaches and minibuses[7][8]
  • HEULIEZ specialises in buses for passenger transport[9]
  • IDV is a provider of highly specialised defence and civil protection equipment[10]
  • ASTRA produces large-scale, heavy-duty quarry and construction vehicles[11]
  • MAGIRUS specialises in firefighting vehicles[12]
  • IVECO CAPITAL is the financial services brand of the Group[13]

Industrial sites and global presence[change | change source]

Iveco Group has 20 industrial sites: 17 in Europe, 2 in South America and 1 in the rest of the world. Research and development is carried out across 29 centres: 21 in Europe, 1 in North America, 4 in South America and 3 in the rest of the world.[14]
