Beat me to it...

I wanted to nominate that page for deletion, but you got there first Upper canada (although I'm pretty sure the editor is correct when reporting on the sounds a cow makes!) ;) Etamni | ✉   18:09, 13 January 2016 (UTC)

Oshwah gives Etamni a fist bump. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 18:43, 13 January 2016 (UTC)
And we just collided on another one, making simultaneous reverts (yours snuck in first). Etamni | ✉   18:45, 13 January 2016 (UTC)

"Big Weekend" coming

In case you don't see it, we have a Wikipedia talk:Big Weekend coming soon. Etamni | ✉   08:38, 15 February 2016 (UTC)

Hi, Etamni! Thanks for leaving me a message about this (and for pinging me on my en.wikipedia talk page - I don't check this talk page often). I signed up (tentatively) - I'll be there (if I don't get busy again) :-) ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 08:47, 15 February 2016 (UTC)
I'm not an expert on everything "Oshwah" but it just seemed like something you would be interested in.... :) Etamni | ✉   09:00, 15 February 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, seriously, thanks for thinking of me. Count me in :-) ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 23:01, 15 February 2016 (UTC)

warning users

Hello, Oshwah. When you warn a user, as you did with the IP user 80.222.122.26, please don't start with a level 3 warning. Start with level 1, or at most a level 2. The first vandalism that editor did was just to add some random characters: that really needed only a level 1 warning. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 19:44, 5 March 2016 (UTC)

Hi, Auntof6 - I absolutely agree that warnings should start at level 1. I'm honestly dumbfounded; I don't understand how that managed to happen..... ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 19:39, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
Also when warning users please make sure to progress them. I just changed one you had done, and gave back to back level 1 warning on the same IP address, and didn't progress to level 2. Thanks. -- Enfcer (talk) 01:59, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
Okay, that's weird. I'm using Huggle right now. Because it seems that warnings are not being left correctly, consistently, or in a progressive manner, I'm going to STOP using Huggle to revert vandalism here, look into the issue, and file a report with the development team. Auntof6, Enfcer - Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. This may have been a bug introduced with the latest software release, 3.1.19. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 02:20, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
Sounds good. Let us know what you find. Would you like to put something about this on Simple talk so that other Huggle users are aware? --Auntof6 (talk) 02:40, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
Auntof6 - I've added simplewiki back as a project to Huggle (new version has been released and I'm using it). Hopefully these weird non-stacking warnings won't continue to occur. We'll see :-) ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 21:14, 22 March 2016 (UTC)

Your warning to IP use 203.104.11.27

Hi, Oshwah. I just deleted the pages that this user created. I saw that you left a "last warning" message on that user's talk page. A "last warning" in that case wasn't appropriate. The user had no other recent warnings, which is needed before a "last warning" is given. In most cases where an IP user is the vandal, those earlier warnings would need to be very, very recent, maybe within a couple of hours or so, so that we could be relatively sure that they were all done by the same person. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions about this. --Auntof6 (talk) 05:24, 15 April 2016 (UTC)

Hi, Auntof6! Perfect; sounds good to me! Thanks for letting me know :-) ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 05:29, 15 April 2016 (UTC)

Hi Oshwah

Consider me your student! Also, I apparently am banned from the IRC channel. I dunno. Winterysteppe (talk) 13:30, 16 April 2016 (UTC)

(talk page stalker) @Denise jaramillo: You have no editing history under this username. Were your edits made to the Simple English Wikipedia or perhaps to one of our sister projects? Were they made with a different username, or while not logged in? In any case, Oshwah is not very active here, so a better place for your question might have been at Wikipedia:Simple talk.
