There was no need to define a word in this article, since the links all work and will explain them if the user clicks them. Thank you. Billz (Talk) 18:28, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
- It's one less click... --Amandine 18:34, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
Regarding this change, why do you think only women have an umbilicus? Or did you mean something else there? - Huji reply 18:37, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
- I meant umbilical cord, unless men give birth. --Amandine 18:40, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
Aha.. well as far as I know, umbilical cord doesn't belong to the mother, but to the fetus (the baby). So men don't have umbilical cord, and women don't have it too. Only the newborns have umbilical cords. For your interest, the umbilical cord is directly attached to the fetus, but it is not directly attached to the mother's body; instead, it connects to mother's through the placenta. - Huji reply 18:45, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
- Last time I checked, the baby (before born) is in the womb, which is in the mother. --Amandine 19:04, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
The Birth of Venus[change source]
Hi again. Have a look here. You will notice that there are other paintings with the same name. Please consider such situations before moving a page. - Huji reply 18:51, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
- But we don't have any other article on The Birth of Venus. --Amandine 19:05, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
