I saw that you're a global rollbacker. I think you have to look at Sidi Massinissa of the Rif here and on others project. It's look like a spam on many projects (Commons ans Wikidata also). Deleted with the title Massinissa Akandouch on some Wikipedia, the article is back with the title Massinissa of the Rif or something like this.
