Help Please
Hello,
You have dealt with me in the past as a Wikivandal, and I am now changing my ways. There is a new manga out in Japan an I was wondering how I would Go about making a page for said up and coming Manga. I have a account on Regular English Wiki and was thinking of starting there, but I dont want to mess up. Would it be a good Idea to make one here bofore there to see how it goes. I appreciate this.
