Request reason:

I think I should be unblocked because I will make responsible edits from now on.

Decline reason:

The problem wasn't that your edits weren't responsible. It was that you inappropriately used multiple accounts as well as IP addresses. If you were sincere about wanting to be a responsible editor here, you would not continue to create and use new accounts, nor to edit under IP addresses. In case you weren't aware, a block applies to a person, not just to a specific account. By using other accounts and IP addresses to edit after being blocked, you have violated the rules. Your behavior indicates that we can't trust you to be responsible. As you were told on the talk page of one of your other accounts, you can ask for an unblock in six months. Do not edit here until that time, neither under a registered account, nor under an IP address. After the six months is up, you may ask for an unblock, but you may not make any other edits until and unless you are unblocked. --Auntof6 (talk) 06:05, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
