Edit summary[change source]

Please add a short edit summary when you make changes, it helps other users know what you are doing and if they need to check for vandalism. Thanks. --Peterdownunder (talk) 10:44, 27 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, thanks Mjbmr Talk 11:20, 27 November 2010 (UTC)

warning flags[change source]

You correctly reversed vandalism on preposition. Next thing is, you should have left a flag on the vandals talk page. See WP:warnings for advice. Macdonald-ross (talk) 08:11, 8 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You scared me for a second, ok, sure, is there any fast js tool for it? Mjbmr Talk 08:24, 8 February 2015 (UTC)
You are a rollbacker, so go to "My settings", then to "Gadgets". Experienced editors often use Twinkle and/or Vandal warner. I find some manual adjustments are necessary to get the best set-up on a vandal's talk page. For example, we now like main headings to be the month and year, which has to be done manually. Anyway, that's what we have to help. I worked for years manually: I can write many codes from memory, but it's certainly quicker using the automated settings. Oh, I don't know about javascript; seems I can't use it on my browser. Macdonald-ross (talk) 09:44, 8 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
