Request reason:
I accept that I am Kiko4564 but if unblocked on this new account, then I promise that I will stick to using this account and no other account or IP address. I have changed since my last incidents and I am sorry for my stupidity. The only reason I created a new account to appeal is that an admin felt a need to indefinetely protect my talk page and in spite of numerous emails to yourselves, no one has replied to acknowledge them, let alone informed me of the outcome of my appeals. I feel that this is not fair. However if you are not happy with me continuing to use this account, then I am willing to use my old account (Kiko4564) instead of this account. Unfortunately creating a sock account here to get around your block is not acceptable and violates our one strike policy. So even if you were eligible to be unblocked which I don't believe you would have been anyways, you definitely are not now.
