Vindaloo is an Indian food. It is a type of curry made with vinegar, garlic and paprika.[1]

Vindaloo was invented in Goa, a part of India that used to be colonized by Portuguese Empire. It was first made by adding Indian spices to a type of vinegar-based Portuguese stew.[1]
