The Washington Nationals are a Major League Baseball team from Washington, D.C., United States. The Nationals are a member of the Eastern Division of the National League. From 2005 to 2007, the Nationals played in Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium. The team now plays in Nationals Park, which is in Washington, D.C., along the Anacostia River. Before moving to Washington, D.C., the team played in Montreal, Quebec as the Montreal Expos. The Nationals are called "The Nats" for short.

The Nationals have never played in the World Series.
