Welcome[change source]

Hello,

Firstly, I would like to wish a warm welcome to ESL students from Cégep de Saint-Hyacinthe. My name is Benoit Rochon, and I am the Wikipedia Ambassador of this School project. In the coming weeks, I will assist MCPearson, English teacher, and her students to contribute to Wikipedia.

I would like to remind you that if you have any questions or comments, do not hesitate to write here, the more experienced Wikipedians can assist you in writing your articles. You can also chat live on IRC and find help in English or in French.

Once again, welcome here guys, and glad to collaborate with all of you! Best regards. Benoit Rochon (talk) 18:30, 21 October 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for your help, Benoit. You are a great ambassador.

  • G'day, I look forward to your help in making the encyclopaedia better. If you make mistakes, they can be fixed, so do not worry too much. I (and most other editors) are happy to help people who are trying, it is a change from fixing up deliberate vandalism. If you have any questions, you can add them below, or contact me directly on my talk page. Also, if you need help with referencing or citations I can also help. Best wishes, --Peterdownunder (talk) 05:50, 29 October 2012 (UTC)

Thanks Peterdownunder. I've showed your message to the students. It's good to know that people from far away are keeping an eye on our project. MCPearson

Thanks and a question about categories[change source]

Thanks for the new article your students are creating! I noticed that many of them do not have categories added. Do you plan to cover that in your class? I would be glad to add the categories, but if you are going to cover that, then I will wait. Let me know. Thanks! --Auntof6 (talk) 20:51, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
