"Word Up!" is a 1986 song by funk band Cameo. It is the title track to their 13th studio album Word Up!. It went to number 6 in the United States and Australia, number 3 in the United Kingdom and Germany, number 1 in New Zealand, number 8 in Ireland and Belgium, number 13 in Switzerland, number 10 in Austria, number 12 in Canada and number 9 in the Netherlands. It was covered by Melanie B, Korn and Little Mix.
