3LW (Three Little Women) was an American girl group. The group members were Naturi Cora Maria Naughton, Adrienne Eliza Bailon, and Kiely Alexis Williams. The band was formed in 1999 in Newark, New Jersey.

In August 2002, Naughton announced that she had been forced out of 3LW. Before the year's end, the group held various auditions in Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York in search of a third member. Jessica Benson was chosen. She joined 3LW in December. The group ended in 2006.
