3LW (Three Little Women) were an American girl group. The group consist of Naturi Cora Maria Naughton, born May 20, 1984, Adrienne Eliza Bailon, born October 24, 1983, Kiely Alexis Williams, born July 9, 1986. The band formed in 1999 in Newark, New Jersey.

In August 2002, Naturi Naughton announced that she had been forced out of 3LW. Before the year's end, the ladies held various auditions in Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York in search of a third member. Jessica Benson made the cut and joined 3LW in December. The group disbanded in 2007.
