Adachi (足立区 Adachi-ku) is one of the 23 special wards within Tokyo, Japan.[1]
The municipality calls itself "Adachi City" in English.[2]

Geography[change]
Adachi is in northern Tokyo. It borders Arakawa on the south. Kita is on the ward's western border. Saitama Prefecture is on the norther border. Katsushika is on the east.
