The Arabic Wikipedia (In Arabic: ويكيبيديا العربية) is the Arabic language version of Wikipedia. It started in September 2001[1]. As of November 2011, it has over 160,000 articles, over 935,000 pages, over 426,000 registered users and over 11,000 files. The Arabic Wikipedia is currently the 27th largest edition of Wikipedia by article count.[2]
