Beshbarmak

Beşbarmaq (Kyrgyz: бешбармак, наарын, тууралган эт; Uzbek: norin, нарын) is the national dish of Kyrgyzstan, Bashkortostan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. [1] It is also the main course on feasts in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. It is made from meat, with chopped noodles and onion sauce.
