Mae Questel (Mae Kwestel September 13, 1908 – January 4, 1998) was a American movie, television, stage, and voice actress who is known for her voice role as Betty Boop.
She was born in New York City, New York and was educated at Columbia University. She was married to Leo Balkin from 1930 until they divorced. Then she married Jack E. Shelby from 1970 until his death. She had 2 children. She died in New York City, New York from Alzheimer's disease, she was 89 years old.[1]
