On this Wikipedia, we leave those red links because they help us see what articles we need to create. If you see these red links, please leave them in place. Please be advised that regardless whether or not the other account was ever attach you are violating the TOS. You were not only blocked on multiple wikis, you were subsequently globally locked under your other user name.
