Apolinario Mabini (July 23, 1864May 13, 1903) was a Philippine resistance activist, lawyer, and journalist. He was the prime minister and foreign minister of the Provisional Revolution Government of the Philippines (1898). He was the First Chairman of the Philippine Supreme Court (1898 - 1899).
