Bob Baker (scriptwriter)

Robert John Baker (26 July 1939 – 3 November 2021) was a British screenwriter. He was known for writing the Wallace and Gromit movies The Wrong Trousers, A Close Shave and Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit and A Matter of Loaf and Death. Baker was born in Bristol, England. His career began in 1971 and he retired in 2010.

Baker died in Stroud, Gloucestershire on 3 November 2021, at the age of 82.[1]
