Boulogne-sur-Mer is a commune. It is found in the region Nord-Pas-de-Calais in the Pas-de-Calais department in the north of France. Boulogne-sur-Mer set its record high temperature (35.4°C or 95.7°F) in July 2015 surpassing their previous record from Aug. 11, 2003 of 34.8°C.[1]
