Buying Beverly Hills is an American reality television series which has broadcast on Netflix since November 4, 2022. The series focuses on Mauricio Umansky and his teams at The Agency RE,[1] his global boutique real estate brokerage, based in Beverly Hills, California.[2]

Buying Beverly Hills was first announced as "the new real estate occu-soap" in a press release by Netflix on June 23, 2022.[3]

The series focuses on Mauricio Umansky and his agents, along with the clients, at The Agency RE,[1] Umansky's global boutique real estate brokerage, based in Beverly Hills, California.[2]

Season 1[change | change source]

The official trailer for the season was released on October 7, 2022.[4] ITV America, Just Entertainment, Wheelhouse Entertainment and Spoke Studios served as the production companies.[5]

The first season was released on Netflix on November 4, 2022.[6] The original cast consisted of; Santiago Arana,[7] Ben Belack,[8] Joey Ben-Zvi,[9] Farrah Brittany,[10] Jon Grauman,[11] Brandon Graves,[12] Allie Lutz Rosenberger,[13] Melissa Platt,[14] Alexia Umansky,[15] Mauricio Umansky,[16] and Sonika Vaid as main cast members, with Adam Rosenfeld[17] as a recurring cast member.[18][19] Kyle Richards and Sophia Umansky made guest appearances during the season.[6]

On April 10, 2023, it was announced that the show had been renewed for a second season.[20]

Season 2[change | change source]

The second season was filmed between May[21] and July 2023.[22] On February 20, 2024, the premiere date was announced as March 22, 2024.[23] The official trailer for the season was released on March 14.[24]

The second season was released on March 22, 2024. Rosenfeld is upgraded to the main cast, with Zach Goldsmith,[25][26] Michelle Schwartz,[27] and Sophia Umansky[28] as main cast members. Rosenberger, Richards,[29] Portia Umansky[30] and Eduardo Umansky made guest appearances throughout the season.[31]
