Ishwari Prasad Gupta (5 February 1931 in Arrah – 12 December 2018 in Delhi) was an Indian politician.[1] He was a Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs (India), Chief Secretary to the Government of Tripura and Lt. Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
