Jake T. Austin (born Jake Austin Szymanski; December 3, 1994) is an American movie, television and voice actor. He is known for his roles as Max Russo on Wizards of Waverly Place and as Diego on Go, Diego, Go!. He also appeared in Hotel for Dogs and Rio.

Austin was born Jake Austin Szymanski in New York City. He is of Puerto Rican, Argentine, Spanish, Polish, Irish, and English descent.[4][5]
