John Nolan (22 May 1938 – 11 April 2026) was a British movie and television actor who was known for his role as a Wayne Enterprises board member Douglas Fredericks in Batman Begins and The Dark Knight Rises. His last role was in the 2024 movie Dune: Prophecy.
Nolan was born in London, England and was married to Kim Hartman. He had two sons and a daughter. He was the uncle to Sir Christopher Nolan and Jonathan Nolan.[1]
Nolan died on 11 April 2026 at the age of 87.[2]
