Jose Armando R. Melo (May 30, 1932 – October 18, 2020) was a Filipino lawyer and jurist. He was an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines from 1992 to 2002. He is a former Chairman of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).[1][2]
