Lawrence J. Delaney

Lawrence John Delaney (born 1935) is a United States scientist and businessman. He served as Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Acquisition) from 1999 to 2001, and briefly as Acting United States Secretary of the Air Force in 2001.[1]

In 2003, he joined L-3 Communications / Titan Corp., becoming its president and CEO.[2]
