Nicole Jaffe David (born May 23, 1941) is a Canadian talent agent and former actress. She is best known as the original voice for Velma Dinkley in Hanna-Barbera's Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! Saturday morning cartoon series from 1969 to 1970.[1]
