Storyline[change | change source]
James McCullough, from a secretive group called the "Council," orders CIA agent Aaron Delgado to carry out a plan. The plan is to attack the World Trade Center and the Pentagon and blame it on Muslim terrorists. Delgado, along with agents Phillip Singer and Chase Jordan, works with engineers to create unmanned jets for the attacks. They face challenges from a suspicious engineer named George Poole. Meanwhile, the Army and FBI start finding out about the plot, but Delgado stops their investigations. On the day of the attacks, Delgado is angry as the media reports on the collapse of WTC Building 7 before it happens, and there are no signs of planes hitting the Pentagon or Flight 93's crash site.[1]
