I added two paragraphs to try to rectify the fact that it was a stub, but i don't know whether to take the stub off yet... advice? Benbenthehen (talk) 17:34, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, i'd say that the article is still a stub at the moment - perhaps you could add another paragraph or so? Also, it is quite complex and doesn't have many links to other articles. If you need any help just ask me! Goblin 17:36, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks very much. I'll add some links in. Out of interest, do you work voluntarily helping out newbies like me, and just happened to pick this article? or are you organised?

We are a bit over 30 (named, regular) users here. We are looking for new people to help. Not scaring people away (see here) is part of this. --Eptalon (talk) 17:43, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You're welcome. It's great to see some new faces around here that aren't vandals :). I volunteer my time to the Simple English Wikipedia and I do a variety of things. Most of the time I watch "NewChanges" for vandalism or new users such as yourself and help our where I can. If you need any more help, feel free to ask on my talk page or here - just click the "lin" on my signature. Thanks, Goblin 17:44, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Cool, I'd love to be on a team like that but don't really have the time this year - exams. I suppose this is a good Wikipedia to choose as one can simply 'translate' from the full english edition.
Different people spend different amounts of time here, yes. There is also a lot left to do, we have like 55.000 articles, other wikipedias have many more. --Eptalon (talk) 17:48, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Well you're welcome to come over at any time and give as much or as little time as you like! That's correct about "translating" from the full english version, but if you do that please make sure that you "cite" the main wikipedia as where you got it from. Good luck in your exams btw, I have my GCSEs this year too. Thanks, Goblin 17:49, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, whenever I have the time I'll pitch in. I'll remember about citing in future. I think Wikipedia is excellent and wanted to try and repay some of the debt I owe it. (P.S. Goblin - its quite funny that we talk in such a formal way over the internet, but I think both of us probably wouldn't talk with this to people we met of our own age). Good luck to you too.
Cool :) I look forward to your contributions in the future! Hehe ;) Yeh that's probably true! If you ever come on "IRC" (a chat room where lots of our editors hang out) it's a lot less formal than on wiki. Thanks, Goblin 18:04, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the explaination, but I know what IRC is (I'm quite a fan of bash.org). I suppose that this has to be quite formal because it's public.

I reckon that this page isn't a stub anymore. Any one agree/disagree? Benbenthehen (talk) 15:24, 1 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Be bold and remove it. That's no problem. I think there isn't a policy which says at least xx kb or so. ( I removed it) Regards, Barras (talk) 15:29, 1 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
