Should this be imperfect? "As of 2008, they are the third" --> "As of 2008, they were the third" 91.145.99.76 (talk) 18:02, 24 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There is no source for this claim, we don't know if this is past or current tense, hence the wording --Thegooduser Let's Talk! :) 🍁 02:14, 14 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
