Reference system

I strongly advise editors not to copy the Harvard reference system used on En wiki unless they understand what they are doing. It is horrendously complex, and is quite beyond what our readers need. But if you must do it, then you must bring over the whole system, else clicking green links will not work. A few good references are all we need here: because we credit the En pages, readers can always go there if they need more details. What excessive detail here does to young learners is often to put them off. I always say: just because something can be done does not mean it should be done.
