What are the complex words in the article? Angela Maureen (talk) 22:59, 16 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Complex words and phrases; withdrawal, reverse, thoracic pressure, abdominal pressure, decreased, increased, stress
"Medication" is also complex, but we have an article on it so you can just link it.
"Stress" is not only complex, it has different meanings, so be sure to get the right one.
One rule of thumb (ROT) you can try to help identify complex words is this: is the word one that most people would use often in their day-to-day lives? If it isn't, there's a good chance it's not a simple word. This ROT is not definitive, but maybe it would help you. For example, I doubt most people use "thoracic" in their everyday life. --Auntof6 (talk) 04:12, 17 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I erased some complex wording, linked other complex words. Something else? Angela Maureen (talk) 06:25, 17 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I struck out the ones that have been taken care of. The others still need to be done. I also added one that I originally missed -- sorry about that. I put back the word "thoracic" in one sentence, because that sentence didn't make sense without it. It would be much better to simplify the words instead of just removing them. When you remove them, the article becomes less helpful or informative. --Auntof6 (talk) 06:34, 17 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I changed some words in the article. Something else? Angela Maureen (talk) 00:59, 18 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, the rest of the complex words. --Auntof6 (talk) 01:10, 18 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
