On speedy deletion[change source]

@PotsdamLamb: Youtubers who are quite famous, such as Technoblade, often don't have their own articles unless there are reliable sources to go along with their articles. For example, although the subject of Draft:Sssniperwolf has over 30 million subscribers, the draft hasn't exited draftspace because it doesn't have enough reliable sources covering the subject. In Technoblade's case, we have many reliable sources covering recent events such as his death and, when combined with his previous YouTube-level fame of nearly 15 millions subscribers, I think he's notable enough. @Nythar I understand that, however, there is no mention of him in any sources that I can find until his death. Just a death of a youtuber with that many subscribers is not notable. Since you are claiming notability I will remove the QD and send it to RfD for the community to discuss.
Sidenote - fyi, we do not use speedy deletion, we use quick deletion. Just one of those things different between us and enWP. Da LambTalk to me!OMG, What have I done? 20:25, 18 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@PotsdamLamb: Ok thanks. NytharT.C 20:59, 18 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@PotsdamLamb: While many of the sources used in the main English Wikipedia article are from after his passing (mainly because of how good they are at highlighting the achievements in his life), there are several reliable sources[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] used in the article from before his passing, and more online which are not is use. I hope this is helpful 😄 Johnson524 (talk) 13:01, 20 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Johnson524 just so you know, this is the Simple English Wikipedia, not the English Wikipedia. While the English Wikipedia allows it, we do not allow the use of fair-use images. You can read about our image policies here. Besides that, this image is hosted in Commons, which does not accept any fair-use images and images with no free licenses or permission from the copyright holder to use it in a free manner. It is currently being nominated for deletion there. — *Fehufangą✉ Talk page 21:55, 21 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Terribly sorry! Thank you for informing me on how Simple English Wikipedia works in comparison to English Wikipedia, I was fully unaware. As for the image you are requesting the deletion of; it is different from the one used on English Wikipedia (the one I know has gone through enough formatting and quality deductions to satisfy fair use), while this image has not- and I support it's deletion. Thank you again for explaining and sorry for the mistake, cheers! Johnson524 (talk) 03:27, 22 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
