Maybe make the warning tag accurate[change source]

The tag with the warning sign says it is used on 4,950,000+ pages, I doubt we have that many pages at all. Clearly an unmodified template from when it was brought over from EN.- FusionSub (Talk page) (Contributions) 14:49, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@FusionSub I agree but I don't understand why it says 4,950,000+ pages. If you look at the source code for this doc page, it says
{{High-use|100000+|all-pages=yes}}

Yeah, looking at the documentation for the template I can't see where it could've gone wrong. When I get to my house I'll do some testing in my sandbox using the template link.- FusionSub (Talk page) (Contributions) 15:53, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'm gonna be honest, I think the template is completely broken.- FusionSub (Talk page) (Contributions) 18:08, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Its because the counts got imported from en when someone did an import. I have been intending to get bot going to update them for our wiki but haven't had the time. So we tended to just blank them when it happens. So I have fixed it for this template for now. -Djsasso (talk) 15:07, 22 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Djsasso So the count comes from these pages? Module:Transclusion count/data/C
Then why does {{High-use}} use a number parameter at all? Kk.urban (talk) 16:25, 22 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The number paramater works if there is no number in those pages otherwise the number in the pages is used. If you look now for example the old number of 100,000+ is being used. -Djsasso (talk) 16:26, 22 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, good. Kk.urban (talk) 16:29, 22 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
