Shiva has a third eye

The third eye is spiritual concept. The third (or inner) eye is an invisible eye located on the forehead. It symbolizes a state of enlightenment. In India, it refers to chakra. It also related to visions, precognition, clairvoyance, and out-of-body experiences.

Indian gods were usually depicted with a third eye.
