After graduating in Journalism at the University of Navarra (1994), he began working at the Diario de Navarra, where he is a columnist and head of the family area.
She makes his journalistic work compatible with teaching at the Faculty of Communication at the University of Navarra . [1] In 2021, together with the doctor Miriam Palacios, he promoted Pediatría en zapatillas, a YouTube channel to deal with issues related to the physical and mental health of children and adolescents, with simple and informative language. [2]
She is married to the photojournalist Eduardo Buxens and has three children. [1]

- Concha García Campoy Journalism Award (2017), for "putting the journalistic focus on a topic of great social impact in her article Children under 15 treated for alcohol poisoning, almost triple that of 2001", published in the Diario de Navarra [1]
- IVI Award (Valencian Fertility Institute) for Communication (March 2019), for a report on the loss of babies during pregnancy, childbirth and the first month of life. [3] [4]
